Decoration, Art and Urban Decay.. equals Cool?

Quirky detail... Stevenson Square

   While I was in the Northern Quarter,Manchester yesterday with my camera it suddenly occurred to me that ...... "This vogue for derelict urban decay in interior and exterior decor...... juxtaposed with the ornate and the decorative while also contrasting with the quirky art installations and collages of popular culture, retro and historical references, enable the creator and viewer the passport and entrance to the school of street cred and cool" ........
